Today

I hate the evenings, because I always get hungry and start eating. luckily I eat healthy food as salad or fruit. but I really want an unhealthy snack right now but we don't have any.
This is my food schema for today is like this:

7.00 - 1 apple
10.45 - 1 banana
17.07 - 1 bread with cheese and a red pepperfruit
18.00 - 2 portions of mixed salad and half a breaded fish filet.
22.00 - 1 portion of mixed salad.

How do I lose all that? Why can't I just say : no more food today! and then stop at one fish and one little portion of salad? I loathe myself... :(

During scool I thought I was doing good, but I had a friend with me home, and we had to eat, cause my mom was making dinner, sooo...
Tomorrow I am only eating fruit and a little bread.. Or just fruit, that's better, then I don't get all the fat in my beloved cheese<3

Do u write down what u eat? I do, and when i look at it, its either "omg. ive eaten too much, i wont eat anyhting else the rest of the day", or its "i have almost not eaten anything today, I'll keep on like that and only eat fruit as the rest". But almost all the time its hard not to eat, but when i have fasted 1 day, im hungry the next day, but i dont want any food.
