I hate the evenings, because I always get hungry and start eating. luckily I eat healthy food as salad or fruit. but I really want an unhealthy snack right now but we don't have any.
This is my food schema for today is like this:
7.00 - 1 apple
10.45 - 1 banana
17.07 - 1 bread with cheese and a red pepperfruit
18.00 - 2 portions of mixed salad and half a breaded fish filet.
22.00 - 1 portion of mixed salad.
How do I lose all that? Why can't I just say : no more food today! and then stop at one fish and one little portion of salad? I loathe myself... :(
During scool I thought I was doing good, but I had a friend with me home, and we had to eat, cause my mom was making dinner, sooo...
Tomorrow I am only eating fruit and a little bread.. Or just fruit, that's better, then I don't get all the fat in my beloved cheese<3
